We often encounter situations where in we disagree with others, our views just do not match, we tend to fight over simplest of disagreements, unable to understand why the other person think the way he/she does, in understanding complaints, in getting people understanding our problem, point of view and also in letting our voice stand out and be heard. We get so engrossed in proving our point and in wanting the other person to be proved wrong that we forget that we a losing a lot. We may lose a friend, customers, trust of the team, our children or our spouse, sore our cherished relationships and the list may go on. It is important for us to understand the value of learning to deal with people and their emotions, to learn the art of human relationship and importance of interpersonal communication. Recipe # Coconut Cookies (Whole wheat)

Who doesn't like some crunchy crisp cookies! What better if they are made up of whole wheat! Here we share a simple recipe to bake some delicious and handy cookies - good to eat anytime! INGREDIENTS - 1. White butter (unsalted) - 100 grams (can use salted butter too) 2. Sugar - 100 grams (can use powdered sugar for quick and easy cooking - vary quantity accordingly) 3. Whole wheat flour - 1.5 cup 4. Coconut powder - 1 cup 5. Baking Soda - 1/4 spoon 6. Baking Powder - 1/2 spoon 7. Milk , as required to make dough 8. Pinch of Salt , if unsalted butter is used PROCEDURE - 1. Take butter and sugar in a bowl and whisk it, till sugar completely dissolves and the mix becomes smooth.
